The principal Michelle McGrath has extensive experience across many industries, including:

- Manufacturing

- Community service
She has worked in small and medium businesses (SME's) and larger corporations in a variety of roles. Michelle had her first successful management role at the age of 21 in a busy urban medical practice and started her first business in hospitality 4 years later.
It has been almost 20 years since she established her second successful business - a community care organisation with repeat government contracts and employing up to 125 staff. She has built this business into a thoroughly systemised, successful organisation that allows her to work ON her business not IN her business.
Michelle's true value is her people skills. She is intuitive, engaging, fun, insightful and challenging where necessary. She is passionate about working with people who are committed to developing their skills to become the best that they can be and share that with those around them.
Michelle is a graduate of Curtin University's Entrepreneurial and Business Development Unit's Growth Program in 2005. She is now working as a business mentor to students participating in the Growth Program and is the current President of the Growth Program's Alumni, Kaizen, which she was instrumental in establishing.
Michelle is an NLP Practitioner, a public speaker and trainer.
